250 ml. water

300 gr. of cherries

250 gr. of brown sugar

Directions:

First, you need to blend the cherries with the water. Next, add the brown sugar. Simmer the whole mixture for 20 minutes. Keep the juice in a glass bottle in the fridge.

5. Turmeric

Turmeric is a very powerful spice especially when it’s combined with saffron. Then, its effects are doubled.

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon of saffron

3 cups of water

1 tablespoon of powdered turmeric

3 tablespoons of honey

Instructions:

The water should be boiled when you add the saffron and the turmeric inside.

Simmer it all for about 10 minutes. Wait for it to cool down before you add the honey.
