Milk spots or this is also known as milia. Those are small, raised white bumps which are usually found in the area around the cheeks and nose.

This condition is actually usual for babies, but it is found in adults as well. Milk spots occur when the protein by the name keratin found in the human skin gets trapped underneath the skin. This results in visible white bumps.

In adults, milk spots occur due to repeated skincare procedures such as laser treatments, pre-existing skin condition, use of steroid cream, blisters, prolonged exposure to the sun or burns.

The good news is that there are different natural remedies which can help you treat these milk spots. And you can try them in the comfort of your own home.
