Hunza People Never Get Sick, Don’t Get Cancer and Live up to 120 years – Here’s Their Secret
The answer to that question may lay in Northern Pakistan. Here there is a small population of people who call themselves the Hunza’s. These people live outside of the modern society and culture.
Moreover, they don’t use any of the modern medicine has to offer. The result, they happen to be the healthiest, happiest, and the longest-living people in the world. It is an interesting fact that it is common for their women to give birth at later years, often in their 60s.
Dr. Robert McCarron in the AMA Journal, claims that not a single person suffers from cancer. What is their secret?
1. These people grow their food and nothing that they consume is imported.
2. They don’t overeat and their usual diet is vegetables, nuts, dried apricots, milk, cereals like barley, millet, buckwheat, legumes, and egg.
3. One of their favorite food of choice is apricots. Furthermore, they dry them in the sun.
4.Throughout their day they often walk and are physically active.
5. According to their tradition, they fast for a period of 2-4 months, when they do not consume anything, except for dried apricot juice, until their fruits ripen for harvest.
Many experts suggest that it is the fast that enhances the quality of their lives and promotes health. Also, they believe that is the high amounts of apricot in their diet that keeps them so healthy.
It is known that the seeds of the apricot fruit contain powerful anti-cancer agent or vitamin B-17.
Their appearance is quite astonishing. They look much younger than they really are. The Hunza people have a lifespan of around 100 years.
These beliefs can be confirmed by a story from 1984, which covered the arrival of a Hunza man, Said Abdul Mbundu, in London.
The officers at the airport were shocked to see that this man was born in 1832. After they investigate the validity of his documents, they found out there were true.
Sometimes we have to give up many things and change our lives direction, but we do it for ourselves. Why not try these things; maybe they will help you after all? Maybe you will live longer than anyone in your family.
